Clean up QT_CONFIG(opengl)
Accelerated graphics is now possible without OpenGL support. With
this change, a Qt build with -no-opengl can still run Qt Quick with
a Vulkan, Metal, or Direct3D backend.
Fixes: QTBUG-84027
