Add itemAtIndex to quick views

This patch adds itemAtIndex method to ItemView-derived views and
to PathView.

[ChangeLog][QtQuick][QQuickItemView] Added itemAtIndex() to
GridView, ListView and PathView to fetch a visible delegate by index.
