Add overwriteMode to QML TextEdit and QML TextInput
Overwrite mode was added to QML TextEdit and QML TextInput to match the
functionality provided by QTextEdit. Tests were updated as well to
ensure the mode functions as expected.
Task-number: QTBUG-26513
