add qt.quick.mouse.target logging category
Analogous to 7380cf472e2e4c38ebd67c7a6e461c69b7a78151 for touch.target:
track which item is currently the mouse grabber, and which ones are
monitoring their children's events (with potential to steal the grab).
Also remove semicolons on Q_LOGGING_CATEGORY macros: Creator highlights
them as being unnecessary, and it compiles fine without them.
