ListView: add keyNavigationEnabled property
It is useful for applications that need to selectively enable or
disable mouse and keyboard interaction.
[ChangeLog][QtQuick][ListView] added keyNavigationEnabled property to
allow mouse and keyboard interaction to be selectively
enabled/disabled.
