D3D12: Let There Be Text
Incomplete, but is able to render native text (24 bit text mask only)
already.
Implemented the basic glyph cache, added more blend modes and made the pso
caching more efficient by ignoring members that are not relevant due to
other members (e.g. the stencil settings when stencil test is disabled).
The material interface is changed due to the need to communciate pipeline
state specific settings (blend mode), as well as other values not in the
PS (blend factor).
