Remove QSKIP from snapOneItem() test
Past test failures are likely to have been caused by mouse events
passing over from previous tests and causing a double click rather
than a press for a flick. This should pass now as
QQuickViewTestUtil::flick() now calls QTest::mouseMove() instead of
sending MouseMove events to the window.
