The model types are not part of the core QML runtime and should only be
loaded if you explicitly import them. We cannot enforce that in Qt5 as
some of them are available from the QtQml import, but we can change it
in Qt6.

The QML-specific types need to be registered only for "QtQml". Make sure
we don't accidentally add new QML-specific types to QtQuick.
We also don't want the base types to be registered under any random URI
and version. Formally qmlRegisterBaseTypes() is a public function, but
it _really_ should not be called by anyone.
Finally, split the types into ones that should belong to QtQml.Models
and ones that belong to QtQml proper. Add a plugin that handles QtQml
itself rather than using the QQmlEngine ctor for this.
[ChangeLog] The accidentally exported function qmlRegisterBaseTypes()
was removed.

cd qtdeclarative/imports; for path in `find . -name Makefile -print`; do pushd `dirname $path`; make qmltypes; popd; done
in the build directory. Local file paths in the command line
were then edited out by hand.

Add possibility to define default logging category log level.
Just like in QLoggingCategory constructor.
[ChangeLog][QML Elements][LoggingCategory] Added defaultLogLevel property.
It is possible to define default log level that LoggingCategory
is enabled for.

Mention plugins.qmltypes in AUX_QML_FILES to ensure that it is always
copied to the build directory. qml_module.prf usually takes care of this
by having QML_FILES in qmldir.files with INSTALLS += qmldir, but with
CONFIG += builtin_resources (set for static) that's not the case.
AUX_QML_FILES is the correct variable though.

Update qmltypes for 5.8.
For some files the -noforceqtquick option is used; in this way
there are no redundand definitions of QtQuick component and no
unneded dependencies from QtQuick.

This adds two .qmltypes files: QtQml/plugins.qmltypes
describes the components in the QtQml import, and
builtins.qmltypes the enumerations in the implicit
"Qt" namespace that does not require an import.
builtins.qmltypes is automatically picked up by
Qt Creator for each Qt version, while plugins.qmltypes
will only be parsed if the import is used.
