It previously used QObject::findChild(), which won't work in all cases,
because items like ListView don't seem to make their delegate items
QObject children, while simple nested Items do.

Use version 2.2 in the documentation and for the .qmltypes file.
The revision for properties got dropped in commit 7ceca6ac0 , and
is now dropped from the .qmltypes file, too. The removed signals
are also dropped because of that (because they are implicitly
declared by the property, anyway).

This patch adds a property called "designersupported" to qmldir.
This allows the Qt Quick Designer to only load plugins that
have the line ""designersupported"" in their qmldir file.
So the designer can load sub components without risking to load
plugins that have never been tested in the designer and that might crash.
The check for "designersupported"" is activated by using
QQmlImports::setDesignerSupportRequired().

Implements the suggestion from Simon Hausmann (codereview 89716
from 08-05 14:46) to use QQmlScriptString rather then the previous
used MetaObject-manipulation.
This also introduces comparison operators for QQmlScriptString
to be able to determinate if a QQmlScriptString changed what
is needed cause there is otherwise no way to access (all) the
needed details within QQmlScriptStringPrivate.

The Declarative State Machine Framework extends Qt's State Machine
Framework (QSM) into QML to provide types for creating and executing
state graphs in QML. This gives you the power of deterministic state
machines, but declaratively and without having to write all of the
boilerplate code. It is an alternative to the existing QML State type,
intended for more complex models.
[ChangeLog][QtQML] The Declarative State Machine Framework extends Qt's

The as<> casting method was not doing the right thing
in 100% of the cases. It only checked if the object in
question was exactly of the type being asked for. It
however didn't check if the object was derived from the
type.
This commit fixes this by adding a parent chain to the
vtables, that is then being used to check this safely
at runtime.

This is useful for auto tests where it's necessary to have access to
dynamically created child items. For example:
property Component threeItemDelegate: Text {
objectName: "delegate" + styleData.index
text: styleData.value
}
...
function test_stuff() {
...
var delegate0 = findChild(item, "delegate0");
// check delegate0 for some condition...
}

The local storage facility exposed to QML has a bug; if you attempt to
open a versioned connection, the version is wrong, and you try to handle
that error, the connection is still stored in a connection pool, but in
an unopened state. The next time you attempt to connect, no matter if
you have the version right or not, the database handle will complain
about being unopened.

allow moving functionality over into the Ref classes, as the current
