By introducing a generalized configurable debug service the various ways of waiting on initialization are cleaned up. The API defined for it also allows for engine-specific initialization. Now objectForLocationInfo() checks if the QObject has been deleted and removes it from the object reference hash before trying to look up the filename, line number, and column number.
