Object::getValue only needs the value/property getter. Because of this
it's enough to pass it the Value stored in the member/arrayData and the
property attributes. Like this we avoid the reinterpret_cast to a
Property pointer.

We'll need to move all GC'ed objects currently stored in ExecutionEngine
onto the JS stack for easier management in a new garbage collection
scheme. This is the start of that change.

Instead pass a const Value & into the functions
With our new inheritance structure, we can get rid of ValueRef
and instead simply pass a pointer to a Value again. Pointers to
Values are safe to use again now, as they are now guaranteed to
be in a place where the GC knows about them.
