This is among other things needed to fix the qml import scanner to detect
dependencies from .js files correctly.
The patch also fixes the use of Q_QML_EXPORT towards Q_QML_PRIVATE_EXPORT
where appropriate and corrects the wrong include path for the double conversion
code to actually be relative to the file it is included from. This worked by
accident because of other include paths present in the build.

Move to a class hierarchy that mirrors the main classes. This will
allow moving functionality over into the Ref classes, as the current
Managed classes become mainly something that holds the data. This
is required to make objects movable by the GC.

Fortunately we don't use this constructor anymore. This also
allows us to fix the assert in qv4managed. Now we finally
enforce that every managed object must have an internal class
and a vtable.

ScopedValue should require less dependencies. Hopefully we can then
move it together with the main class definition at some point (ie.
move ScopedValue int qv4value_p.h; similar for the other types).

Move the type flag into the vtable to free up these
bits in the Managed class, and not have to set them
at object construction time.
As we often need to know whether a Managed object is a
Object, FunctionObject or String, add some bitflags to test
for these to the vtable.

critical parts of the code. This now brings performance
back to the level we had with the vtable inlined in the

Don't use recursive function calls anymore. Instead, push marked
objects onto the JS stack, and then pop them off when their children
are being marked.
Should reduce stack memory usage, and improves performance by ~5%.

The old algorithm still had some quadratic behavior when adding
strings in a loop. This fixes is by keeping track of the longest
substring used, as well as the length of the string. If the length
is larger then twice the length of the longest substring, we
simplify the string.

QV4::String can now either hold a pointer to a QStringData,
or a pair of pointers to a left and right string. This
reduces the overhead of an addition to allocating a new
GC'ed object.
To avoid huge chains of linked strings, we use a depth counter,
and flatten the string once the depth reaches 16.

* Use a unified way to store all Managed objects inside
a Value, instead of distinguishing between strings
and other objects.
* On 64 bit we store pointers as pointers, so accessing them
through Scoped<> objects is cheap. This implies that doubles
are now stored in a mangled form (xor'ed with a mask).

ReturnedValue is used to return values from runtime methods
The type has to be a primitive type (no struct or union), so that
the compiler will return it in a register on all platforms.
They will be returned in rax on x64, [eax, edx] on x86 and [r0,r1] on arm.
