This is needed for proper support of non-GUI instantiators in QtQml.
Only private C++ classes are affected. Aside from name changes, model
classes now operate on QObjects instead of QQuickItems, leading to minor
changes in the implementation of QtQuick classes using them.
The old QML type names will still be registered in the QtQuick import
for the forseeable future, but pointing to the new classes. The new QML
types will be added in a second commit.
Classes Affected:
QQuickVisualDataGroup -> QQmlDataGroup
QQuickVisualDataModel -> QQmlDelegateModel
QQuickVisualItemModel -> QQmlObjectModel
QQuickVisualModel -> QQmlInstanceModel
QQuickChangeSet -> QQmlChangeSet
QQuickListAccessor -> QQmlListAccessor
QQuickListCompositor -> QQmlListCompositor
QQuickPackage -> QQuickPackage (just moved for now)

Previously, the sequence wrapper handled std::alloc exceptions.
This commit removes that handling, as there are many other ways
to use up all of the available address space memory which aren't
handled (eg, loading lots of large images), and exception support
causes a large overhead.
See a1151929fffc765e128d72d170342020b34dd0b3 for more information.

QtQml uses a try/catch statement in one place to
safeguard QList resizing. Since this can be called
from the JS side, it needs to be safeguarded.
Long term we should find a different way of handling this
then using exceptions in one place.

Ensure that users of declarative that have no need for functionality
provided by the Qt Gui module do not have to link against it.
Any use of QtGui functionality is delegated to providers that can
be installed by another library; QtQuick adds default providers
for this functionality when linked against QtQml.
