This is needed in a few places outside of declarative, so this change
restores the loc member in DiagnosticMessage and moves
QQmlJS::AST::SourceLocation into common's QQmlJS namespace/directory.
QQmlError is unaffected and retains only line/column.

We only need two classes to describe all possible diagnostics:
* A low-level private POD DiagnosticMessage. This is easily copied and
passed around internally. It doesn't need to adhere to a stable API
and it doesn't carry any extra baggage.
* The high-level public QQmlError with its stable interface. This can
internally also use a DiagnosticMessage as storage.

From now on we prefer nullptr instead of 0 to clarify cases where
we are assigning or testing a pointer rather than a numeric zero.
Also, replaced cases where 0 was passed as Qt::KeyboardModifiers
with Qt::NoModifier (clang-tidy replaced them with nullptr, which
waas wrong, so it was just as well to make the tests more readable
rather than to revert those lines).

This rarely happens - only seen with Delegates - when
- an object is created during incubation
- some error occurs in this object
- the object gets deleted before the incubation run finishes
Because the errors are delivered after the incubation run finished, the
object() pointer of QQmlError is now a dangling pointer that will crash
your application if accessed.

This way, we can correctly write to multiple levels of QDebug with QML context
information. A followup change will port all existing callers, and
subsequently change qmlInfo's message level to QtInfoMsg.
[ChangeLog][QtQml] Introduced qmlDebug & qmlWarning functions to qqmlinfo.h, in
addition to the pre-existing qmlInfo function. As a side effect, QQmlError has
also gained messageType() and setMessageType().

it's possible.
Create QString from QStringRef only where necessary.

"file::2:23: ..." is strange to read. Show "<Unknown File>:2:23: ..." instead,
by treating empty urls (including "file:") as unknown, and by still showing
line and column numbers in such a case.
This change makes it possible for QUrl::fromLocalFile("") to return an
empty url rather than "file:", which this module was relying upon in the tests.

This patch changes the exception handling API in the engine slightly, encapsulating
any use of direct throw statements and catch blocks with concrete types. In the future
we need to be able to change the way these are implemented, in order to ensure that
the correct stack unwinding code is triggered for throw and re-throw.
This patch separates the C++ exception object thrown from the V4 exception
(that includes value, throwing context pointer) and stores the latter inside
the engine.
In order for that to compile, ExecutionEngine::StackTrace and StackFrame had to
move into the QV4 namespace directly.
In addition the syntax for catching exceptions changes from
try {
...
} catch (QV4::Exception &ex) {
ex.accept(context);
QV4::ScopedValue exceptionValue(scope, ex.value());
}
to
try {
...
} catch (...) {
QV4::ScopedValue exception(scope, context->catchException());
}
Context::catchException() checks if there's a "current" exception in the engine,
and if not assumes that we caught an unrelated exception and consequently re-throws.
partiallyUnwind() is also gone and replaced with rethrowException(), in order to
encapsulate the re-throw.
Lastly, in the future nesting try/catch blocks isn't going to be possible due to
limitations in the common C++ ABI with regards to foreign exceptions.
