We need a CompilationUnit that only holds the data needed for

The old advanceIterator schema was extremely ugly and in addition
not flexible enough to support the requirements for Proxy.ownKeys
and some of the methods in Object
Implemented a new scheme through a OwnPropertyKeys method in the
Object VTable that creates and returns an iterator object. Ported
QJSValueIterator and for-in to use the new mechanism.
There's still many places where we use the old ObjectIterator (that
relies on advanceIterator). Those will be ported in subsequent
commits.

Change 91ac4a8d099d10fdfd5aa631da02727b7917d85f removed the source
location from QQmlBindingFunction, because it can be retrieved from the
QV4::Function in the QV4::CppStackFrame. However, if a binding is
initialized as part of an asynchronous load from a Loader component,
there might not be a valid function pointer in that frame. In this
specific case, we fall back to the source location of the binding
function.

After the initial enabling of a binding we can quickly determine if
there is a chance whether this binding will be re-evaluated again in the
future as a consequence of dependency changes (properties or
translations). If that is not the case, then we can save memory by
removing that binding again.
One implementation consequence of this change is that such constant
bindings used with the "when" property of states require a proper
reference count increase, which was previously implicit through the
binding association with the target object.
In tst_qqmlecmascript a test that verifies that we don't create run-time
bindings for assignments of literal "null" to QObject pointer properties
now also covers the more complex case where we don't know the property
at parse time. We still evaluate the binding once though and perform one
property assignment.
Similarly on the QtQuick Designer Support API test side a binding such
as
x: Math.max(0, 200)
will not create a persistent binding anymore and needs a tweak to
remain.
On a large scale application this optimization saved up to 5% of all
bindings on start-up (~9000 of ~180000). On Linux x86-64 one binding is
approximately 144 bytes, so the savings are in the range of ~1.2 MB of
heap, as well as reduced fragmentation.

Implemented by storing a backpointer to the Heap object
in the identifier.
Since identifiers now point back to their originating
String or Symbol, we can now easily mark all identifiers
that are still in use and collect those that aren't.
Since Identifiers are 64bit also add support for holding an
array index in there. With that an identifier can describe
any kind of property that can be accessed in an object. This
helps speed up and simplify some code paths.
To make this possible, we need to register all
IdentifierHash instances with the identifier table, so that
we can properly mark those identifiers.

We have a few places in the type loader where we do adventurous manual
reference counting, where getType() returns a raw pointer that has been
addref()'ed and then sometimes somehow we call release() later. Commit
0b394e30bba4f6bb7e6f7dbe5585a2e15aa0f21d is an example of where this can
easily go wrong. As a consequence and also in preparation for future
work on the type loader, this patch starts replacing the manual
reference counting there.
Changing the return type from QQmlTypeData *getType() to a
QQmlRefPointer<> itself is not sufficient though, as the implicit
operator T*() will still allow the caller to store the result as a raw
pointer. Therefore this patch removes the "unsafe" implicit extraction
operator.
As a result of that change, other types that are sometimes stored in
QQmlRefPointer are also affected and their usage needs to be adapted
to QQmlRefPointer usage or manual raw pointer extraction with .data().

Calling Qt.binding() on a bound function object is a valid use
case and used to work until Qt 5.8.
The problem was that we optimized the code in QQmlBinding and
QQmlJavascriptExpression to directly work on a QV4::Function,
so this wouldn't work anymore.
To fix this make sure recursive calls to Function.bind() are
unrolled (so that the BoundFunction's target is never a bound
function itself), then add the bound function as an optional
member to the QQmlBinding and use it's bound arguments if
present.

Internal classes are now allocated and collected through
the GC. As they are important to the deletion of other
objects (because of the vtable pointer living inside the
internal class), they need to get destroyed after regular
objects have been sweeped. Achieve this by using a separate
block allocator for internal class objects.
Our lookups do often contain pointers to internal classes,
so those need to be marked as well, so we don't accidentally
collect them.

If we're run from a top-level evaluate() call from the JS engine, then
let's assume that any created components are top-level components that
belong to the root QML engine context. This is not quite a typical
use-case, but our API allows for this and this seems like an easy and
sensible solution.

Also, replaced cases where 0 was passed as Qt::KeyboardModifiers
