On macOS a special movementEnding timer was added to the wheelEvent
handling to fix QTBUG-63026.
This has introduced a regression with wrong vData/hData.moving flags:
When the timer fires before the Qt::ScrollEnd phase is reached,
movementEnding is invoked early (can be reproduced with very slow scrolling
using the Magic Mouse). In this case movementEnding sets
vData.moving = false but not vMoved = false because scrollingPhase is
still true.
This will prevent any further invocation of movementStarting from inside
the drag method (it expects a change in vMoved) so once this situation
has occurred the "moving" flags will be out of sync.
Visible effect: If a ListView has a currentItem set with
setCurrentIndex, its viewportMoved method will no longer correctly set
the moveReason to "Mouse" because the check depends on "moving" flag as
an indicator for mouse interaction. This results in the view permanently
jumping back to the current item on any scroll operation because the
moveReason will be stuck at "SetIndex".
The fix is to ignore the timer event if scrollingPhase is still true.

From now on we prefer nullptr instead of 0 to clarify cases where
we are assigning or testing a pointer rather than a numeric zero.
Also, replaced cases where 0 was passed as Qt::KeyboardModifiers
with Qt::NoModifier (clang-tidy replaced them with nullptr, which
waas wrong, so it was just as well to make the tests more readable
rather than to revert those lines).

Followup to ef8c6f6a0bf5e4c9ee41306f2df59048ab96038f: we emit
movementEnding for the benefit of the user, scrollbars, decorators
etc. in case the ScrollEnd phase means that movement really ended
(it means the user lifted his fingers from the trackpad,
but momentum events can cause the movement to continue after that).
But in case movement didn't end, we don't want to have a jump when
it resumes. But scrollingPhase will be true after an event with
ScrollBegin phase, and false after an event with ScrollEnd,
also false if the mouse is an ordinary wheel mouse without phases.
So when the timer fires, if the user has not yet lifted his fingers,
scrollingPhase is true, and that means scrolling isn't really ending,
so we should not set vMoved to false.
Setting vMoved to false will cause the drag() function to
reset vData.dragStartOffset to the current dy value, which
ultimately causes the jump in contentY. It should be done only
when scrolling really ends. If the timer fires and scrollingPhase
is false, we can be sure it really ended. But if you flick, then
rest your fingers, then lift them, there is no momentum, so the
final event has scroll phase ScrollEnd, and we need to run the
timer one more time to detect that there are no more updates
and finish the transition back to the default state (set vMoved back
to false, emit signals such as movementEnded, etc.)
The ultimate solution is to add another Qt::ScrollPhase enum,
such as ScrollMomentum, but we should not do that in the 5.9 series.

synthesized from a touch point which was already grabbed. In such
cases, if the grabber has keepTouchGrab set, respect it.

Formerly during normal mouse or touch event delivery, sending it to
the Item needed to be done via QQuickWindow::sendEvent, which would
then call sendFilteredMouseEvent, which is a recursive function to
visit all the item's parents, check whether filtersChildMouseEvents()
returns true, if so then return early if childMouseEventFilter()
returns true. This is the mechanism by which Flickable (for example)
can monitor the movements of an eventpoint even while one of its
children has an exclusive grab, and can steal the grab away.
Now, we do this by building a vector of such parents first, then
visiting them in order. It might be more efficient, it eliminates
the recursion, and should eliminate the need for a QSet to ensure that
we don't visit the same parent more than once. We can't change the
behavior of QQuickWindow::sendEvent() because it's public API, but
now we don't use it as much internally.

To summarize: A pointer handler always gets its pointer events from its
parent item. It applies its effect (drag, pinch, ...) on the item
referenced to by the target property. By default, target refers to the
parent, but that is not always the case. In addition to this we also
have to handle the case when the target is null

This was occurring when using a physical mouse wheel: movementEnded
was emitted, then contentYChanged would still be emitted a few more
times.

The velocity timeline does not need to drive the movement if we can
be sure that there are enough wheel events coming from the OS to
move the flickable smoothly. And when the velocityTimeline is not
active, the movementEndingTimer will emit the movementEnded signal,
as it should.

The keep grab property works in a "cooperative" way, items need to
respect it. Since we don't pre-grab any more, flickable would check the
wrong item for the property. It should simply take the receiver item
into account, which has to have the grab if anyone has it. If the
receiver didn't have the grab, it wouldn't be the receiver in the first
place.

contentX/Y are qreals, but they are rounded using qRound/qFloor/qCeil
which will limit the values to 2^31 needlessly. This fix will use
(std::)round, std::floor and std::ceil instead to allow bigger values for
contentX and contentY.
