As the todo note says: this profiling is all wrong
Not reporting something is better than reporting something bogus.
The other profiling points, f.ex. in the render loops, seem to work as
expected and give reasonable results in the QML Profiler view in Creator.
The autotest needs fixing because there is no SGContextFrame events left
with the rhi code path either atm, just like with the software backend.

If the process terminates shortly after connecting, we would return the
wrong value because the services would be NotConnected again, due to the
timeout mechanism we used to detect this. Instead, rather directly react
to the stateChanged signals and return as soon as all services are in
the correct state (or if the debug connection is dropped before, or on
timeout, which are failures).

This means QtQmlDebug needs its own qqmlprofilerdefintions.h. This is a
good thing because this way we notice if we change the definitions in an
incompatible way. The test uses QtQmlDebug after all. Also,
qqmldebugserviceinterfaces_p.h is not available anymore, which means the
service names have to be spelled out. This, also, is beneficial as it
prevents us from accidentally changing the names.
In the context of QmlDebug we don't need to namespace the profiler
definitions, either. This simplifies some code.

From now on we prefer nullptr instead of 0 to clarify cases where
we are assigning or testing a pointer rather than a numeric zero.
Also, replaced cases where 0 was passed as Qt::KeyboardModifiers
with Qt::NoModifier (clang-tidy replaced them with nullptr, which
waas wrong, so it was just as well to make the tests more readable
rather than to revert those lines).

This client can track locations itself, and thus doesn't require the
server to send the event types over and over with each message. Once all
our client implementations have this feature we can drop a lot of code.
Furthermore, this way we can write regression tests for bugs that only
occur when client side location tracking is active.

If the process generated a "Cannot listen" message before we
waitForSessionStart(), we would never quit the nested event loop. Also,
unrelated output was not always forwarded, and the event loop was not
terminated when the process unexpectedly stopped.
Also, the timer was started when the process started, not when we
started waiting and we don't want to report the process as crashed if we
kill it ourselves.
In turn, we remove the remaining blacklists.

All the tests do pretty much the same thing in their init() or
connect() methods: Create a process, create a debug connection, create
some clients and make sure they're all running. We can deduplicate the
code by moving all this into a common base class.
Furthermore, the QSKIP in the qqmlenginedebuginspectorintegration test
was obviously done because the BLACKLIST mechanism doesn't cover
failures from internally called methods. As we don't have that problem
anymore now, we can use BLACKLIST instead.

Capturing the output of the started process mysteriously fails on
Windows with gcc. While the nested event loop is run, the readyRead()

src/qml/compiler/qqmltypecompiler.cpp
src/qml/compiler/qqmlpropertyvalidator.cpp
