We need to encode the scope type properly and we need to return
something from the "scope" command. Previously the client didn't even
get notified about QML contexts and couldn't actually retrieve anything
but call context. The other scope types are not terribly interesting
right now, but at least for the global context it should be possible to
provide more data in the future.

This enables us to drop the QML dependency from a number of tests. This
is desirable because we want to test that we didn't do any incompatible
changes to the debug framework.

This means QtQmlDebug needs its own qqmlprofilerdefintions.h. This is a
good thing because this way we notice if we change the definitions in an
incompatible way. The test uses QtQmlDebug after all. Also,
qqmldebugserviceinterfaces_p.h is not available anymore, which means the
service names have to be spelled out. This, also, is beneficial as it
prevents us from accidentally changing the names.
In the context of QmlDebug we don't need to namespace the profiler
definitions, either. This simplifies some code.

Apparently the "qml: " prefix to strings output via console.log() is not
reliable. We can also get "qml <function> - ", as seen in the test log.
Also, increase the timeouts. The test log indicates that they are too
small.

If we don't wait for anything else, we need to wait for at least the
"trace started" message before we disable profiling. Otherwise we might
disable the profiling before the first engine registers, which will give
us no trace at all.

From now on we prefer nullptr instead of 0 to clarify cases where
we are assigning or testing a pointer rather than a numeric zero.
Also, replaced cases where 0 was passed as Qt::KeyboardModifiers
with Qt::NoModifier (clang-tidy replaced them with nullptr, which
waas wrong, so it was just as well to make the tests more readable
rather than to revert those lines).

QML value types generally are Q_GADGETs, but the userType we see there
is the wrapped class's type, which doesn't have to be a gadget. So, the
toString() method was rarely called, and a model index would still crash
the debug service.

This client can track locations itself, and thus doesn't require the
server to send the event types over and over with each message. Once all
our client implementations have this feature we can drop a lot of code.
Furthermore, this way we can write regression tests for bugs that only
occur when client side location tracking is active.

The fact that the service transmits QObject properties by their
objectNames, rather than as proper references is not very useful and in
fact the reason for some strange behavior in QtCreator. However, it's
been that way for a long time and we should test what the service
actually does.

Debug instructions are used to trigger break points and are added for
every source line.
We also need to insert Debug instructions before Ret, so that we can
step out. We also need to assign line numbers to the entry and return
points of "abbreviated" QML functions (by simulating lbrace and
rbrace) so that we can set break points on them. The line numbers on Ret
need to be negative, so that you cannot (accidentally) set break points
on them. A typical signal handler or binding in QML consists of only one
line and if you set a break point on that line, you want it to hit only
once, when entering the function. If the line numbers on Ret were
positive, it would be hit again on exit. Some of the tests in
tst_qqmldebugjs implicitly check for that.
Also the new interpreter does something on the left brace, so a
function actually starts there, not on the first statement.

If the process generated a "Cannot listen" message before we
waitForSessionStart(), we would never quit the nested event loop. Also,
unrelated output was not always forwarded, and the event loop was not
terminated when the process unexpectedly stopped.
Also, the timer was started when the process started, not when we
started waiting and we don't want to report the process as crashed if we
kill it ourselves.
In turn, we remove the remaining blacklists.
