The Yarr JIT can generate code that fails to evaluate the RegExp at
runtime. In that case we need to fall back to the interpreter.
Also, don't needlessly cast the unsigned return value of RegExp::match
to signed int before range-checking it. And fix some typos in the
comments for the disassembler dumps.

Collect type information about values used in a function. These include
all parameters, and the results of many bytecode instructions. For array
loads/stores, it also tracks if the access is in-bounds of a
SimpleArrayData.
Collection is only enabled when the qml-tracing feature is turned on
while configuring.
In subsequent patches this is used to generated optimized JITted code.

If we access a lexically scoped variable after the initializer, then we
know it's either initialized or at least undefined, so we don't need to
do the TDZ check anymore.
The ES tests ensure that we don't optimize too much and the newly
revived tst_v4misc test ensures that we do not generate the TDZ check
instruction for certain scenarios.

Different property names are mapped to the same property key through a
the identifier hash table. In the case of QTBUG-69280 we map a for-in
loop "for (var prop in testCase)" in TestCase.qml to an internal
iterator object, which signals whether it's finished or not by setting a
"done" property on the iterator result object to a boolean. On the
setter side, the property is specified via
result->put(engine->newString("done"))
and on the getter side the code uses
result->get(engine->id_done())
For this to work, the newly created string has to map to the same
identifier, otherwise we end up with differing property keys and wrong
values.
The test failure of QTBUG-69280 reproduced a scenario where two strings,
"pathChanged" and "done", mapped to the same index in the hash table
after a rehashing (growing), despite different string hash values. As a
consequence of the hash collision they had adjacent entries in the hash
table, with "pathChanged" coming first.
A subsequent garbage collection run ended up with "pathChanged" being
not marked and subject to removal from the identifier table.
IdentifierTable::sweep() wiped the entry for "pathChanged" and lastEntry
to the now free index and also remembered the exact string hash value.
In the next iteration, sweep() looked at the entry for "done", which
should move to the now free slot, as both strings map to the same index.
However sweep() didn't do that because the comparison of string hash
values failed.
The fix is to compare table indices (covered by
sweepFirstEntryInSameBucketWithDifferingHash) and respect bucket boundaries
(covered by dontSweepAcrossBucketBoundaries).
However it may happen that entries that would map to the same bucket end
up after another bucket because of the insertion order. This would lead
to
Q_ASSERT(table[lastIdx] == nullptr);
failing right after
lastIdx = (lastIdx + 1) % alloc;
Instead the determination of the next free slot must follow the same
logic as in addEntry, by finding the first null entry. This is covered
by sweepAcrossBucketBoundariesIfFirstBucketFull.

The environment change was too fragile. If the JIT ran before the
relevant test function was executed, it would set the doProfile flag to
false, and never re-evaluate the environment variable. The qmljs binary
is only available for private tests, and the test didn't quite fit into
qjsengine anyway. Therefore a new test for the QV4Assembler class that
genertes the map files is added.

We generally have to pass a URL and a file name everywhere because the
logical URL might be something else than the actual file being loaded.
For example a QQmlFileSelector might modify the URL to be loaded for a
specific file. This resulting URL, however, should not be used to
resolve further URLs defined in the file loaded that way.
As we need to access QQmlTypeLoader::m_url as string more often now,
cache it and avoid frequent translations between QUrl and QString.
Furthermore, QQmlDataBlob's URLs are changed to follow the same
semantics. The finalUrl is the one that should be used to resolve
further URLs, the url is the one used to load the content, and subject
to any redirects or interceptions.
This changes the semantics of URL redirects. Previously a redirected URL
was used as the base URL for furher URL resolution. This doesn't work
because redirection occurs after interception and interception should
not influence the resolution of further URLs. We now use the original
URL as base URL for resolution of further URLs and rely on the server to
redirect those, too.

Also adds a public method subBindings() to QQmlValueTypeProxyBinding in

Running examples/quick/window/window produces debug messages:
"QML source file has moved to a different location."
This is because QQmlFile::urlToLocalFileOrQrc(const QString &) overload
is incompatible with QQmlFile::urlToLocalFileOrQrc(const QUrl &) when it
deals with qrc:/// urls. For example it returns ":///window/window.qml"
while the QUrl overload returns ":/window/window.qml". Thus the comparison
of source paths in CompilationUnit::loadFromDisk() fails.
Fix the incompatibility and add a test.

gives us test coverage for some important architecture specific aspects

This change is just an enabler. Once in place tests can be enabled in

This requires including the test suite as a submodule by default and
bumping the module to a new sha1 that removes some particularly long
paths.
Also force the test suite to run under a US locale, as tests like
ch15/15.5/15.5.4/15.5.4.7/S15.5.4.7_A1_T11 cannot deal with locale
dependent output for date formatting.
The test harness now returns a non-zero exit code when a test fails.
This is used by the QTestLib wrapper to determine success or failure.
The tests with JIT are run, but the tests with the interpreter are
omitted at the moment until the last failure is fixed.
The tests add about 10-15 minutes extra time to the total time it takes
to run tests on Linux in the CI.

The complete list of types is,
* QModelIndex
* QModelIndexList
* QPersistentModelIndex
* QItemSelection
* QItemSelectionRange
These wrapper types follow the QQmlValueType conventions and
allow us to expose the wrapped types without introducing
meta-type changes. They also allow to customize the string
type representation.
We also extend QQmlValueTypeFactory to return the meta-object
for those types.
Finally, we add two-way meta-type conversion between QModelIndex
and QPersistentModelIndex to get the same interoperability as
in C++ when passing an object of one type to a function requir-
ing an object of the other type.

This feature is effectively not maintained, experimental and undocumented.
Consensus on the mailing list is to remove it:

This patch adds a property called "designersupported" to qmldir.
This allows the Qt Quick Designer to only load plugins that
have the line ""designersupported"" in their qmldir file.
So the designer can load sub components without risking to load
plugins that have never been tested in the designer and that might crash.
The check for "designersupported"" is activated by using
QQmlImports::setDesignerSupportRequired().
