From now on we prefer nullptr instead of 0 to clarify cases where
we are assigning or testing a pointer rather than a numeric zero.
Also, replaced cases where 0 was passed as Qt::KeyboardModifiers
with Qt::NoModifier (clang-tidy replaced them with nullptr, which
waas wrong, so it was just as well to make the tests more readable
rather than to revert those lines).

LoggingCategory type and define a name for the category
When the id of a valid LoggingCategory is provided as
the first argument to console.log and friends the
LoggingCategory is used instead of the default "qml"

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

It is now possible to modify the output of QML's debugging methods. Also the
prefix of "qml" makes it possible to capture the output from the QML
files using qInstallMessageHandler.

The concepts of "global" and "engine" profilers are introduced. Profilers
can either be attached to specific QML engines and run in their threads
or they can be unspecific global profilers running in arbitrary threads.

Enabling the profiler doesn't make much sense if there is no debug
service as the messages can't be sent anywhere then. Furthermore, the
profiler instance is only properly initialized if debugging is enabled
and thus enabling profiling without debugging being enabled can cause
problems.

Calling console.log(), console.debug(), print() etc would only
print out "Object" if a JS Object was passed as an argument.
This patch calls the toString() on the object.

Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling
the deprecated code. However, tests should test (and often do) the
compatibility API too, so turn it back on.
