From now on we prefer nullptr instead of 0 to clarify cases where
we are assigning or testing a pointer rather than a numeric zero.
Also, replaced cases where 0 was passed as Qt::KeyboardModifiers
with Qt::NoModifier (clang-tidy replaced them with nullptr, which
waas wrong, so it was just as well to make the tests more readable
rather than to revert those lines).

In commit 48c09a85ce397979c7e706e3694c879ffe456e09 we added the
undeletableTypes container to hold a reference on C++ registered types
to keep the indices returned by the public qmlRegisterType() API stable.
Since qmlClearTypeRegistrations() is API that also resets those indices,
we must also clear the undeletableTypes container to avoid leaking
memory.

From Qt 5.7 -> tools & applications are lisenced under GPL v3 with some
exceptions, see

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

This commit ensures that the value type providers installed by the
QtQuick2 QML module during initialization are uninstalled when the
plugin is unloaded.
It also fixes a bug in the type compiler so that it now works with
types from plugins which get unloaded and then reloaded.
