QQmlData::get expects a non-null pointer, therefore we need to check
whether the object still exists.
Note that while this fixes the crash in the referenced bug,
PropertyChanges still does not support a dynamic target.

After commit 91f3687ee51db83d9018bd61c3fbc736c6e9912e in qtbase,
QString::number defaults to zero-padding the exponent. This change
allows both variants to pass the test. After the next qt5 update we can
remove the alternation.

So far, when instantiating QML bindings, the node parameter
could be the same or a child of the body. This will break
badly when we introduce lexical scopeing as that node
could be an AST::Block that opens it's own context.
Changing this requires some smaller adjustments to our autotests,
as error locations will now be slightly different (pointing to
the beginning of the binding, not the beginning of the RHS of
the binding).

When initializing a QQmlProperty with the following syntax:
QQmlProperty property(root, "testType.objectName", QQmlEngine::contextForObject(root));
only try to look up types (for each token after splitting on the '.')
if the token starts with an uppercase letter, as 1e350a8c now enforces
that type names begin with an uppercase letter.

From now on we prefer nullptr instead of 0 to clarify cases where
we are assigning or testing a pointer rather than a numeric zero.
Also, replaced cases where 0 was passed as Qt::KeyboardModifiers
with Qt::NoModifier (clang-tidy replaced them with nullptr, which
waas wrong, so it was just as well to make the tests more readable
rather than to revert those lines).

This is a partial revert of 90b06e2773842, as it had unwanted side
effects. The original intention was to make assignment from char to
string possible, or more specifically, we wanted a solution where a
QChar could be assigned to a QString, as a character and not a string
representation of its value. While this behavior is desirable for
QChar, we most likely want the opposite for the regular character types.

When we can determine the type of a target property during type
compilation, we can skip a whole bunch of code that deals with
converting the result of a binding to the correct (target) type.
This removes 65 instructions on x86 for such typed bindings.

If a QChar (or char) was used to set a QString property, the
intermediate value used by the QML engine (int), would be
converted to a string representation of the integer and not the actual
character. To avoid this behavior, characters are now stored as string
objects and the string is then converted to the target char type if
possible.
A side effect of this solution is that it is makes it possible to
assign a string to a char property as well, but only if the string
contains exactly one character.
[ChangeLog][QtQml][Important Behavior Changes] Assigning a char to a
string will now create a string with the actual character instead of a
string representation of the character's code-point. A side effect of
this change is that a one-character string also can be assigned to a
character type.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

Don't keep reusing the top-level object to look up nested properties.
This allows code such as the following to work correctly:
PropertyChanges {
target: myObject
textChild.font.pixelSize: 24
}

This commit ammends 59ed8c355b99df0b949003a438ab850274261aa0 to always query
the Qt meta-type registry to retrieve the QMetaObject for a QObject pointer
type.

This way, properties of QObject derived types can be read in QML
code for example:
Q_PROPERTY(MyObject* obj READ obj CONSTANT)
Previously, only QObject* types could be read by QML:
Q_PROPERTY(QObject* obj READ obj CONSTANT)
This meant that multiple properties and methods had to be created
for classes which were relevant to both QML and non-QML code.
This patch lifts that restriction.
As a consequence, we can also remove a Q_EXPECT_FAIL from
the qqmllanguage unit test. That test was introduced in
commit 92562eacbc3c (Allow signal parameters which are custom QML
object-types, 2012-07-13) to document knowledge of the limitation
while fixing it as much as possible.

This replaces the entire rewriter with more or less:
expressionToEval = "(function(<named params here>) { " + expr + " } )"
This also fixes crashes at run-time when the signal rewriter was
executed from the loader thread and tried to use a v4 identifier
hash with the same engine that's also in the main thread.

Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling
the deprecated code. However, tests should test (and often do) the
compatibility API too, so turn it back on.

For internal QML built types, creating a metaobject each time is
just wasteful. Additionally, as the property caches were always
created from the intermediate QMetaObject, it was difficult to pass
information directly from the compiler to the property cache.
