...to better match the Qt 5 behavior. For example, trying to assign a
Qt.point() to a vec3 works in Qt 5, setting the 3rd component to 0,
because it just does a blind call to glUniform2fv. In Qt 6 this was not
done initially, and the data copy is based on the value's size, so
one either gets an assert in debug builds, and perhaps a crash or some
strange behavior in the shader in release. Make this safer.
The handling of QTransform->mat3 was broken as well, although it is
unlikely anyone ever used that in practice. Fix it so that we properly
map the 9 floats to the 4-float-per-column layout.

Previously each test would include and build sources from the shared
folder. Now we make those sources a library, build it once, then have
each test link to it instead.
We also take the opportunity to move some helpers that qtquickcontrols2
had added into the quicktestutils library where it makes sense, and
for the helpers that don't make sense to be there, move them into
quickcontrolstestutils.
We add the libraries to src/ so that they are internal modules built as
part of Qt, rather than tests. That way we can use them in a standalone
test outside of qtdeclarative.

The test is there to verify that the sourceChanged property
notifier gets a connection, but it also counted all other
connections. Since b65159a5ea8db05165b2eaab8e180a12f30063e4 in
qtbase the parentChanged, windowChanged and enabledChanged
signals are also connected to something so this broke the
test.
Fix is to make the test explicitly look for the sourceChanged
signal and ignore all others.

It's possible for itemChange to be called during destruction when
deleting the QQuickShaderEffectImpl. We nullify m_impl before deleting
it via another pointer to it, so we must check that it's not null
before trying to use it.

..and so fully compatible in behavior with properties like Image.source.
The main improvement here is that unlike with the old code, which incorrectly
handled local file URLs, one can now write fragmentShader: "myshader.frag.qsb"
which leads to picking up the file relative to the component (the .qml file),
as expected.
Existing code (that uses file: or qrc: URLs) will continue to work
as-is.

The lookThroughShaderCode test function had to be removed, since
it does not make sense when the shader code may not be available.
Added testConnection() to verify that connections are made.

From now on we prefer nullptr instead of 0 to clarify cases where
we are assigning or testing a pointer rather than a numeric zero.
Also, replaced cases where 0 was passed as Qt::KeyboardModifiers
with Qt::NoModifier (clang-tidy replaced them with nullptr, which
waas wrong, so it was just as well to make the tests more readable
rather than to revert those lines).

The expected signal counts were not matching. Since the test has not
been run in the CI, it went unnoticed. Furthermore, the test crashed
due to a missing null pointer check.

When having a ShaderEffect and an Image sharing the texture via supportsAtlasTextures

- Don't use a signal mapper, but handle the mapping using a custom slot
object and a lambda to do the dispatching ourselves.
- Don't do meta-calls by property name, but by index.
- Cache the meta-object.
- Resolve the property indices by using the QML property cache.
For a shader with 6 property connections, the time spent goes from 320k
instructions to 80k instructions (valgrind on x86_64).

Rename the C++ sources and classes. The QML type name remains the same.
No changes in functionality.
The shader effect, node, material (and uniform animator and particles and
bits and pieces here and there...) are highly interconnected and do not
follow the usual design practices for Quick and the scenegraph and the
adaptation layer. Therefore while we aim for keeping full compatibility
for GL apps, other backends will likely get a different ShaderEffect item
implementation.
The C++ class QQuickShaderEffect itself is currently a dummy with an
unchanged API. It is not in use for now but forms the basis for the
implementation for other backends. This will be covered in future commits.

Previously, QMatrix4x4 properties were not exposed as uniforms in
shaders. This commit adds conversion code for matrix 4x4 properties
so that they are automatically converted to mat4 uniforms.

Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling
the deprecated code. However, tests should test (and often do) the
compatibility API too, so turn it back on.

Symbols beginning with QDeclarative are already exported
by the quick1 module.
Users can apply the bin/rename-qtdeclarative-symbols.sh
script to modify client code using the previous names of the
renamed symbols.
