The position of cursor delegate needs to be updated when we change
padding, otherwise it will be in a wrong position.

So far, when instantiating QML bindings, the node parameter
could be the same or a child of the body. This will break
badly when we introduce lexical scopeing as that node
could be an AST::Block that opens it's own context.
Changing this requires some smaller adjustments to our autotests,
as error locations will now be slightly different (pointing to
the beginning of the binding, not the beginning of the RHS of
the binding).

From now on we prefer nullptr instead of 0 to clarify cases where
we are assigning or testing a pointer rather than a numeric zero.
Also, replaced cases where 0 was passed as Qt::KeyboardModifiers
with Qt::NoModifier (clang-tidy replaced them with nullptr, which
waas wrong, so it was just as well to make the tests more readable
rather than to revert those lines).

When a validator does not allow for certain characters to be entered,
then it should not allow these to be entered in even if an input mask
is set. This fixes a regression introduced in
1b21b73e89942d567c90a17a3bf7a7ecae3de258.
The test modified is because this is in fact a general limitation when
combining validators and input masks, when a separator is used.
Whereas the original patch did allow this to be possible, this is now
not possible again.

In some cases on X11, the clipboard wouldn't be empty even though
we just cleared it. The reason seems to be that it's then owned
by a different process. So simply check whether we own the selection
before checking that it's empty. This should avoid the random
failures we've been seeing in this test.

When editing text with a validator set then it can happen that it would
no longer be in the acceptable state. This ensures that it does not
prevent editing the text when an input mask is used to go back to an

By default, TextInput updates its implicit width to match the content
width. This implies that when TextInput does not have an explicit width
set, there is no need to handle horizontal alignment.
TextField wants to override the default implicit width, so it disables
the "implicit resizing" feature of TextInput. In this scenario, the
implicit width does not match the content width. Therefore the text
layouting code should also treat the item as if it had an explicit width
set to achieve the correct horizontal alignment.

Sending focus events may result in further changes to which item actually has
focus, so we cannot blindly send the focus events without first checking that it
hasn't subsequently changed.
To accomplish this, we delay sending events as long as possible, ensuring that
all necessary bookkeeping is done first to ensure internal consistency.

When read only, controls may not be edited or altered, and indeed, a read-only
control cannot acquire a selection (as it cannot be interacted with).
Leaving an existing selection breaks that implication, so clear it when becoming
read-only.

Commit 35793cea28c4bd1d6d8fbae884d9ae3c19745c61 caused changes to
font metrics on Mac when running our autotests. This change adjust
auto tests to pass again after the change.
Fix QQuickText::fontSizeMode autotests. The calculations are font dependent,
and with small differences in the fonts between different OSes it's
difficult to find values that work everywhere.
Also fix the baseline calculations for some items that were using the
wrong fonts (exchanging empty and non empty calculations).
Fix language dependent differences on metrics calculations in
tst_qquicktextinput.
