Add routine to move the mouse away and use that in tests using QQuickViewTestUtil::flick() and other mouse interaction since the mouse cursor can interfere with it. Affected tests: qquickgridview, qquickpathview, qquickflickable, qquicklistview, qquickrepeater and qquickpositioners.
