Doc: edit the sections about preparing devices

Edit for grammar and style.
Use standard wording in lists.
Use active voice instead of passive voide.
Use lists for all processes.
Use the term "SD card" everywhere instead of "micro-SD card".
Replace XXX with <device_name>.
