Doc: Document QtDeviceUtilities

Added documentation for the following QML modules:

QtDeviceUtilities.BluetoothSettings
QtDeviceUtilities.DisplaySettings
QtDeviceUtilities.LocalDeviceSettings
QtDeviceUtilities.LocaleSettings
QtDeviceUtilities.NetworkSettings
QtDeviceUtilities.TimeDateSettings
QtDeviceUtilities.SettingsUI

And changed the name of this documentation module to
'Qt Device Utilities'.
