Add focus, exposure and imageprocessing support for gstreamer

This currently only works if the camera implements the
photography interface, something most camera providers do not
do.

Zooming and colorbalance support is missing, even though
it can be implemented for all cameras.
Some of the other features can be implemented for v4l2 based
cameras.
