Various improvements to QVideoFrame->QImage conversion
* Implement support for missing pixel formats, we are now able to convert
all supported pixel formats to a QImage.
* Ensure we always convert to a RGB32 or ARGB32_Premultiplied image
* Add missing mappings to gstreamer formats
