Move conversion functions from CVPixelFormat to our pixel format
Move those into a place that's not tied to the camera, as we'll be
needing those.
Prepare AVFVideoBuffer for planar pixel formats. They aren't enabled,
as there is some issue using them through
CVOpenGLTextureCacheCreateTextureFromImage. This does not seem to
work correctly at least for 10bit HDR formats (P010).
