Removed QMediaServiceProvider parameter from media objects constructors.
QMediaServiceProvider should be removed from the public API, to provide media objects with a custom media service. A protected QMediaPlayer/QCamera/QRadioTuner/etc constructor with QMediaService* parameter is a cleaner and more flexible solution.
