This reverts commit 80d46e3a5f64ff2456c40bdba63b6d5c69a32cdd.
Revert of commercial license headers is required for Qt 5.15.3
opensource release.

Updated header.COMM to files in tqtc-qtmultimedia. Examples,
tests or documentation files are not updated.
The commercial license header may contain some
additional lines so that its line count equals
with the earlier license header. Reaso for this
is that some autotests use hard coded line numbers
and a change in the line count causes failures in
tests.

This fixes two bugs:
- Once IdleState is entered (due to underflow), one would have to bring
the state to ActiveState manually before the backend would start
sending new data to ALSA. This behavior is unlike that of
QPulseAudioOutput, for example, which will automatically transition out
of IdleState once there is data present in the source device.
- Whilst in IdleState the audio output would would mark bytes as being
consumed from the source device, even though they were not actually
being sent to ALSA.

When defualt buffer size (100000us) and period time (20000us)
are out of range, currently buffer size is computed with
respect of either 2 or 4 chunks of maximum buffer time.
Which is not enough.
Fixing computing of buffer time based on minimum period time:
How many minimum periods could fit in maximum suggested buffer time.

Which could impact to performance especially for embedded devices.
Also the check of device name is done while calling snd_pcm_open().

- "default" is a valid argument for snd_pcm_open(), let ALSA handle that
case rather than using the first device in the list.
- Don't add "default" in the list of available devices if there is
already one.

The previous implementation of QAudioDeviceInfo::defaultXDevice() would
always report the first available device as the "default" one, making
the order, in which devices were listed, a hidden requirement when
implementing audio plugins. To make it easier and more reliable to
retrieve the default device, all new plugins should implement the new
QAudioSystemPluginExtension interface as well as the QAudioSystemPlugin.
Devices will be chosen in the following order (first match wins):
default plugin -> default device
-> first available device
plugins -> default device
-> first available device

The ALSA plugin previously didn't suspend the ALSA device when the
::suspend() method is called. This results in underrun errors when
it's resumed.
In ALSA, stopping a pcm doesn't close it, so the ALSA stop/start
functions map to the QAudioInput suspend/resume functions.

in older versions of Alsa, the workaround was probably a bad idea
in the first place. People should update Alsa instead.
