ComboBox: add selectTextByMouse property
Allows configuring the selectByMouse property of the underlying
TextField for editable combo boxes.
Named selectTextByMouse instead of selectByMouse to avoid confusion
with selection of the items themselves.
[ChangeLog][Controls][ComboBox] Added selectTextByMouse property.
