Adapt to the new way of registering C++ types. The types need to be
seen at compile time so that code can be generated that invokes them.
This patch:
- Adds QML_* macros where applicable.
- Adapts the build system files to the new way of registering modules.
- Splits up the QtQuick.Controls[.*].impl files into their own plugins,
as we can only register one QML module per .pro file.
- Removes C++ type registration calls in every plugin.
- Moves private types from src/quickcontrols2/quickcontrols2.pro
to src/quickcontrols2/impl/quickcontrols2-impl.pro. Some of these
types need to be exposed to QML, but quickcontrols2.pro is already in
use to declare the QtQuick.Controls import (and also provides the
public C++ QQuickStyle API), and the new QML_IMPORT_NAME/VERSION
syntax only allows one module per project. As some of the types that
need to be exposed to QML are also referenced by some C++ code (e.g.
tests, etc.), we just move all of the private types to the new
library.
Follow-up patches will register the QML types declaratively.

This is becoming a generic recursive attached object type that can be
used for palettes too, which are planned to be used for the upcoming
image-based style.

Setting the theme to System chooses either the light or dark theme
based on the system theme colors. However, when reading the value of
the theme property, the value is never System, but the actual theme.
[ChangeLog][Controls][Material] Added Material.System theme enum value,
that can be used to let the Material style choose either the light or
dark theme based on the system theme colors.
[ChangeLog][Controls][Universal] Added Universal.System theme enum value,
that can be used to let the Universal style choose either the light or
dark theme based on the system theme colors.

Same as b51e520f for Material.
This has been a common request on the mailing lists and forums. Users
want to customize the text color of various controls without having to
replace whole delegates. This change makes it possible to specify both
foreground (eg. Button text) and background (eg. ApplicationWindow,
Page and Pane background) colors so that they propagate to children in
the same way than accent and theme do.

Prepare for foreground/background support, which needs both "explicit"
and "has" flags separately. The former describes better the effect on
inheritance (explicitly set attributes override inherited values) vs.
the latter describes whether a value has been set (in any ancestor).

The imports will be done later, as we don't want to change them until
the module is releasable (which requires things like selection handles,
etc.).

for QQuickMaterialStyle and QQuickUniversalStyle. QQuickStyle implements
the inheritance pattern for attached styles, in one place.
