* Tie minor version of all imports to Qt's minor versionMitch Curtis2018-11-021-2/+2

It also updates all other Qt Quick imports to match. This will also make future version bumps easier as all version numbers in existing code/docs will match. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | For example, something like: Button { icon.source: "../images/drawer.png" } did not work in the Gallery example, even though it works fine for Image elements etc. The URL needs to be resolved relative to the caller. By making the property an URL instead of a plain string, the QML engine does the correct thing automatically. SwitchDelegate is an item delegate that is used in lists, and can be checked and unchecked. It derives from QQuickItemDelegate and hence has background press effects. The order of the indicator and text is reversed (compared to Switch) to reflect what is most commonly seen on mobile.
