Meta-data is provided through a .json file that is embedded into the plugin by moc. For now, this meta-data is not actually used because both sensors and gestures use a dynamic registration mechanism. 	The Simulator backend is not working/tested at this stage as the simulator library is not available for Qt5 at this stage. In addtion the sensor_explorer test app was added for simple sensor testing.
