Instead of using Q_GLOBAL_STATIC, just create and delete the
QFactoryLoader instances in the singleton objects.

It turns out that unloading Qt plugins breaks as soon as you get
dependencies on your code. This is particularly obvious when you
use Q_GLOBAL_STATIC because the destructors fire in an arbitrary
order.
