Implement the three data read/write calls for QModbusTcpClient
The complete implementation for enqueueRequest() follows once QueueElement
has been made available in the QModbusTcpClient. While TCP does not require
a sending queue the elements still need to be managed to match incoming
Modbus responses with outstanding QModbusReplies.
