Enable QtSerialPort on QNX
On QNX, the combination (IHFLOW | OHFLOW) is equivalent to the CRTSCTS flag.
Only /dev/ser* ports can be enumerated.
Tested on SVTronics UEVM5432 Omap5 board with QNX 6.6
