qhelpgenerator: Always return positive values
While some OS allow negative return values, it's not supported
everywhere. Also, negative values are often used for error handling
in invocation API.
In particular, we want to use execve in the qcollectiongenerator
binary, but execve uses -1 to indicate a failure in the launching
itself.
