Doc: Describe WebEngineLoadRequest::errorDomain

Remove the WebEngineLoadRequest property doc from
WebEngineView::loadingChanged() method docs and add the type
name to create an automatic link to the type docs.

Fix a typo in the copied ErrorDomain docs.
