README.md: update content
Update links as the current ones are now redirects:
- The first one going to slightly irrelevant page regarding the
context of this readme, replaced with a better option where
all the supported Boot2Qt branches are shown
- The second one is plain update to the redirected page
Remove the section about old b2qt-init-build-env script. It should not
be used anymore.
