Commit 8d127c57376e48dd49afe62cfb8e714d26759a69 refactored this code
from QByteArray::split to manually iterate over the list (and
QStringTokenizer doesn't work for QByteArray), so we missed the last
element in the iteration.

In Qt 5, QWin(dows)Mime and QMacMime lived in the respective Extras
modules, which were removed and partially folded into the relevant
modules in Qt. QWindowsMime and QMacMime continued to provide the
abstraction for implementing built-in support for native clipboard
formats and UTIs within Qt, but only as private APIs.
After the recent clean up of those APIs and respective infrastructure,
we can now bring them back as public converter interfaces. Application
developers can subclass those and instantiate an instance of their
implementation to add support for platform or application specific
data formats.
These interfaces are not in the QNativeInterface namespace, as
applications don't call into Windows or macOS using those interfaces.
I.e. there is no class on which an application would call
auto *converter= nativeInterface<QWindowsMimeConverter>();
Also, since applications override those converter types, we do want to
guarantee binary and source compatibility.
[ChangeLog][QtGui][QWindowsMimeConverter] Reintroduced to allow
applications to add support for conversion from and to Windows-native
clipboard formats to MIME-encoded data.
[ChangeLog][QtGui][QUtiMimeConverter] Reintroduced to allow
applications to add support for conversion from and to clipboard data on
macOS and iOS to MIME-encoded data.

We want to make it public, and there is no need for "pasteboard" since
it also coveres drag'n'drop. Add a default constructor that defaults to
supporting both clipboard and drag'n'drop, and clean up the code by
using that constructor where applicable.
Historical note: the converter interface was called QMacMime up to
Qt 4.2, when due to macOS changes it had to be replaced by
QMacPasteboardMime.

Q_MOVABLE_TYPE was conceived before C++ had move semantics. Now, with
move semantics, its name is misleading. Q_RELOCATABLE_TYPE was
introduced as a synonym to Q_MOVABLE_TYPE. Usage of Q_MOVABLE_TYPE
is discouraged now. This patch replaces all usages of Q_MOVABLE_TYPE
by Q_RELOCATABLE_TYPE in QtBase. As the two are synonymous, this
patch should have no impact on users.

Try to get rid of APIs that use raw 'const {char, QChar} *, length'

As QStringConverter is a new class, simply change the API to what we'd like

Do not use QVariant::Type anymore, instead use QMetaType
For some reason, this pushed the qvariant autotest over the limit where
MSVC requires the /bigobj flag, so add that one.

function has changed and now takes a QMetaType instead of a QVariant::Type.

And remove the old manual registration code for those operators.
Add some special handling for long/ulong, as these types could be
streamed as a QVariant so far, but are not directly streamable
through QDataStream.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QMetaType] The QMetaType::registerStreamOperators()
and QMetaType::registerDebugStreamOperator() methods have been
removed. The streaming operators for a type are now automatically
registered together with the type registration. This implies that the
operators should be visible wherever the type is visible and being used.
[ChangeLog][Behavior Incompatible Changes] Because the QDataStream and
QDebug serialization operators are automatically registered with
QMetaType, the declarations of those functions must be present at any
point where the type is used with QMetaType and QVariant.

We already assumed that 8bit data is utf8 encoded in all cases
but for HTML. Handle HTML through QStringDecoder now. This
removes support for encodings other than UTF based one and Latin1.
This is ok, as HTML should nowadays always be encoded in utf8 as
well (anything else is strongly discouraged by the HTML spec). In
addition, utf-8 and latin1 together seem to cover ~98% of all HTML
data.

I made a clazy automated check that replaced the use of QVariant::Type
by the equivalent in QMetaType.
This has been deprecated since Qt 5.0, but many uses were not yet removed.
In addition, there was some manual changes to fix the compilation errors.
Adapted the Private API of QDateTimeParser and QMimeDataPrivate
and adjust QDateTimeEdit and QSpinBox.
QVariant(QVariant::Invalid) in qstylesheet made no sense.
But note that in QVariant::save, we actually wanted to use the non-user type.
In the SQL module, many changes were actually reverted because the API
still expects QVarient::Type.

Only the data for the first file could be reached with the mimetype
application/x-qt-windows-mime;value="FileContents"
To get the data for the other files, setting the lindex field of
the FORMATETC struct is necessary. Provide support for that by
appending ;index=N to the mimetype string.
The Windows API provides no generic way to find out how many of these
are available (the app has to find out by looking into the FILEGROUPDESCRIPTORW
structure, for this particular use case), so these additional mimetypes
are not listed in QMimeData::formats(). However this patch extends
the documentation to mention the feature.

This change fixes most qdoc errors in QtCore. There are about 900 left.
The main thing this change does is moving documentation from qtcore from
/doc/src to /src/corelib/doc.
Other issues resolved are mis-use of qdoc commands.

This allows to drop or paste them into lineedits and text widgets
(including such widgets in non-Qt applications)
Implementation note: this is done on-demand rather than in setUrls
so that it's still possible to setText explicitely; the new code
is only a fallback for when no text/plain data is available.

As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.
