It's high time we do this. We should not clobber the global namespace
with type registration functions if the user has explicitly provided a
namespace for Qt.

Previously each test would include and build sources from the shared
folder. Now we make those sources a library, build it once, then have
each test link to it instead.
We also take the opportunity to move some helpers that qtquickcontrols2
had added into the quicktestutils library where it makes sense, and
for the helpers that don't make sense to be there, move them into
quickcontrolstestutils.
We add the libraries to src/ so that they are internal modules built as
part of Qt, rather than tests. That way we can use them in a standalone
test outside of qtdeclarative.

We prefer camelCase rather than SHOUTING for module constants.
It fits well to have logging categories as constants that start with lc.
That has become conventional in various modules, and we've been using
that convention already for some time when defining new logging categories.
Now we finish renaming the Qt Quick ones, ahead of a refactoring which
will result in moving some of them around.

We need to keep a reference to the module initialization function
somewhere in order to prevent the linker from removing it. In order to
avoid further littering of the namespace, the QQuick_initializeProviders
function is transformed to cover all of the initialization.

Add unused volatile pointers to the type registration functions in each
import plugin. We need to do this in order to prevent the linker from
optimizing the registration away. There are two ways for this to happen:
When linking statically, the linker will examine the referenced symbols
on a per-object base and leave out all unreferenced objects. When
linking dynamically, the linker may do the same on a per-library base
and drop any unreferenced libraries from the dependencies. Forcing a
reference to the type registration function prevents both.
The volatile technique allows us to remove the previous qCDebug() hack.
Having an unused volatile auto variable should only result in a single
memory read as runtime overhead. The qCDebug() technique would generate
a read and a block of mostly dead code (as no one would ever use that
logging category).

This commit ensures that the value type providers installed by the
QtQuick2 QML module during initialization are uninstalled when the
plugin is unloaded.
It also fixes a bug in the type compiler so that it now works with
types from plugins which get unloaded and then reloaded.

There was no need to log debug info as warnings; and QTouchEvent has
had a streaming operator for some time, which shows more useful info.
Categorized logging makes all of this debug info available without
rebuilding Qt first and without adding new env variables.

This change moves the QtQuick 2 types and C++ API (including
SceneGraph) to a new module (AKA library), QtQuick.
99% of this change is moving files from src/declarative to
src/quick, and from tests/auto/declarative to
tests/auto/qtquick2.
The loading of QtQuick 2 ("import QtQuick 2.0") is now delegated to
a plugin, src/imports/qtquick2, just like it's done for QtQuick 1.
All tools, examples, and tests that use QtQuick C++ API have gotten
"QT += quick" or "QT += quick-private" added to their .pro file.
A few additional internal QtDeclarative classes had to be exported
(via Q_DECLARATIVE_PRIVATE_EXPORT) since they're needed by the
QtQuick 2 implementation.
The old header locations (e.g. QtDeclarative/qquickitem.h) will
still be supported for some time, but will produce compile-time
warnings. (To avoid the QtQuick implementation using the
compatibility headers (since QtDeclarative's includepath comes
first), a few include statements were modified, e.g. from
"#include <qsgnode.h>" to "#include <QtQuick/qsgnode.h>".)
There's a change in qtbase that automatically adds QtQuick to the
module list if QtDeclarative is used. Together with the compatibility
headers, this should help reduce the migration pain for existing
projects.
In theory, simply getting an existing QtDeclarative-based project
to compile and link shouldn't require any changes for now -- but
porting to the new scheme is of course recommended, and will
eventually become mandatory.
