qdoc: Allow custom sorting of generated group listsHEADdev

\generatelist and \annotatedlist commands default to sorting the list
based on title (name), in ascending order.

Make both commands accept an optional sort order argument in angle
brackets. Specifically,

    \generatelist [descending] <group_name>

will invert the default ascending order.

Further, allow defining custom sort keys in the documentation of each
group member:

    \meta sortkey {<value>}

Any sort key, if defined, will cause the member to be listed before
ones without a sort key (in the default ascending sort). This allows
lifting selected items to the top of the list by defining a sort key,
or managing the sort order entirely by defining a key for all group
members.

[ChangeLog][QDoc] \generatelist and \annotatedlist commands now support
custom sort order for the generated lists.
