Makes it consistent with how client buffer integrations work. Also doesn't
leave partially initialized integration around for the compositor to use.

This allows the compositor to reclaim unused graphics memory
when a buffer is no longer used by clients.

Applied automatic fixes using clang-tidy's modernize-use-override.
This adds the "override" keyword where it's possible and also removes the
"virtual" keyword when redundant.
