- load(qt_module) => load(qt_build_config)
- remove:
- setup of PKGCONFIG* variables (automated now)
- %mastercontent assignment (automated now)
- pointless QPRO_PWD assignments
- pointless and commented out include and depend paths
- qmake -project boilerplate

note that this changes the library version from 5.4.0 to 5.0.0. this is
"less wrong", as in "it matches the real version of at least one of the
involved parts".

%dependencies now has a simpler format of gitmodule => %gitref instead
of using qt modules and keywords.
