instead of using a hand-crafted qrc file, auto-generate one. this allows
us to collect available translations dynamically, which means that we
don't need to limit ourselves to the state of qt 5.5.
as a side effect, this removes the possibility to compile the qt
translations ourselves. i'm not sure what the point of that was, as
every qt installation would have pre-compiled qm files.

Spanish language was imported as name qtbase_es.qm. As it is not found
under Qt translations, all other translations were skipped to.

If we provide an en_us translation only this won't be picked up
by users having configured 'en', or 'en_uk'. This also mirrors the
naming of the qt translations.
The exception is zh_CN though, because the difference between
simplified and traditional characters is big. I'm not sure whether
taiwanese people would rather prefer traditional characters or english.
For Qt we have both zh_CN and zh_TW, maybe we will get a zh_TW in the
future too...

Qt expects QM files is placed in case-insensitive file system
on Windows. QIFW loads QM files from QRC and QRC is case-sensitive
file system.
