Add support for building loadable modules.
Loadable modules are a form of Mach-O shared library (MH_BUNDLE)
that can only be linked at runtime. For most platforms (those that
are ELF-based), there is no distinction between normal shared
libraries and loadable modules. These product types are normally
used to implement plugins and other runtime-loadable content.
