Don't copy properties from moc to C++ dynamic source
When adding dynamic C++ sources, generated by moc, to the build process,
don't copy preprocessor macros and include paths from the moc property
page to the dynamic source. These properties will now be inherited from
the C++ property page at project level. This is more consistent with the
previous behavior using custom build and generated files.
